The Merit™ Plus Series MPE-33R Electric Fireplace offers all the appealing fireplace amenities without the need for a chimney.
This new addition to the Merit Plus Series electric line showcases the pleasant ambiance of a fire in an affordable configuration with go-anywhere capability. The 33-inch wide fireplace features an authentic-looking fire image that includes a charred “split-oak” log set with a glowing ember bed and weathered smoked-brick pattern interior with custom masonry realism. An operable pull screen also adds to the fireplace’s realism.
The flame height and ember intensity can be adjusted to suit your preference using the full-featured remote control for added convenience. The easy-to-control standard 5,000 BTU heater with 110V (10,000 BTU with 220V) delivers relaxing warmth and comfort to any room environment.
Operation is made simple with the easy-access manual controls and on/off switch mounted on the unit. The unit is also wall switch- and thermostat-ready, with a 110V power cord.
Design features include tinted glass enclosure panels with black, polished brass and brushed stainless trim options. Three-piece perimeter trim kits in black, polished brass or brushed stainless, full front panel enclosure kits and decorative, screened front face panels are also available. The Merit Plus Series MPE-33 Electric Fireplace will be available winter 2006.
