Delivering 50% heating efficiency, the Elite ME43 can be connected to a home’s central forced-air heating system to help lower heating bills. “Rising oil and gas prices can make owning a more efficient fireplace a real cost-saver for many homeowners today. The ME43 was designed to look as good as it performs. Features include a selection of textured, natural-looking firebox interiors that resemble real masonry, but at a fraction of the cost. It is also easy to clean, thanks to a cast-iron tilting grate that makes ash removal trouble-free.
Retractable two-pane doors disappear into the ME43’s frame when a completely open hearth is desired. The doors are available in either a 24K gold-plated, or all-black finish, and feature non-reflective ceramic glass for stunning views of the fire. In addition, a super-efficient air-wash system helps to keep the fireplace doors clean.
