(ORANGE, CA) – The introduction of the new Spectra™ Series freestanding high-efficiency cast iron stoves, part of the new Dave Lennox Signature™ Collection, marks a new achievement in technology, combined with distinctive, traditionally inspired aesthetics. Available to burn either wood or natural/lp gas, these cast iron stoves are available in two sizes, and come in a standard Charcoal Black finish with three optional enamel finishes: Cobalt Blue, Hunter Green and Ivory.
The direct-vent gas models offer 80% steady-state efficiency and, in each case, the innovative ceramic burner effectively simulates the look of a real wood-burning fire, complete with charred split-oak logs and glowing embers. The larger CI2000DV flame is rated up to 38,000 Btu/hr while the medium size CI1000DV is rated up to 35,000 Btu/hr. Innovative operational features include the Spectra Comfort Control System that provides total remote control of On/Off, modulating flame control and fan control.
Spectra Series cast iron wood stoves are high-tech non-catalytic stoves that meet EPA Phase II requirements. The larger CI2000HT is rated for a 60,000 Btu maximum flame, and the medium size CI1000HT is rated for a 50,000 Btu maximum flame. Both models are Washington-state approved. They have a 6" flue collar, and front and side loading doors. All Sprectra Series cast iron stoves come with optional door trim and blower kits.
