Peak performance is rooted at the very core of the Optima pellet stoves, which deliver up to 38,000 BTUs per hour. With an overall heating efficiency of 81%, the utilization of patented Ultra Grate™ technology achieves nearly 100% combustion, making the Optima a new benchmark for pellet stove efficiency.
Featuring an attractive cast iron door in a sleek, contemporary look, the Optima complements and enhances a home’s décor. The automatic electronic control board and Fastfire self-igniter make operation easy as the touch of a button. Maintenance is minimal, since the hopper holds up to 80 lbs. of fuel for up to 75 hours of continuous operation, and with the largest ash pan available, it requires emptying only 2-3 times per year. The Lennox dual airwash system helps to prevent ash build up on the charming bay window, and Whitfield is the only manufacturer to offer full flame view technology, allowing the flame to be monitored during the automatic start-up and shut-down cycle.
Offered in two sizes, the Optima 3 outputs an average of 37,000 BTUs, and the Optima 2, 28,000 BTUs. Optima pellet stoves may be vented directly through an outside wall, not requiring a conventional chimney, and all electrical parts are backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
